For release proof, use the sheriff's release time, the Thomas County court docket, or the proper state or federal record. A photo alone cannot show whether the person remained confined, posted bond, transferred, completed a sentence, or entered supervision.

Thomas County Sheriff App Photos
The Thomas County Sheriff's Office offers an official mobile app. Its download page links users to the app stores, and the Google Play listing says the app includes public information for inmates, most wanted people, press releases, and sex offenders. It also permits tips and contact messages.
The app is a parallel access channel, not a separate legal record. It may make an inmate profile or image easier to view from a phone, but the research did not prove an app-only archive or promise that every released profile keeps its photo. Match the booking details and confirm the release through official records.

Request Thomas County Booking Photos
An older photo may require a request to the Thomas County Sheriff's Office. Give enough detail to locate one booking, and state that the request is for the booking photograph. Georgia Mugshot Removal Rules
Georgia's rule for commercial mugshot websites is unusually specific. The Attorney General Consumer Protection Division explains that O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393.5 requires qualifying commercial sites to remove an arrest booking photograph without charge within 30 days after a proper written request when the statutory conditions are met. A person should follow the law's notice requirements and keep a copy of the request.
Record restriction under O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37 can affect criminal-history access, but it does not automatically erase every court, jail, news, or copied web record.
